WebNetlink* is committed to meeting the requirements of the Privacy
Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (Australia).

Consistent with the National Privacy Principles, we guarantee that:

1. Collection
 
 We will only request personal information that is required for billing
 and administrative purposes.

2. Use and disclosure
 
 We will only use your details to administer and support your internet account.
 We will not divulge any information we gather from you to any third parties
 other than disclosing your name and address details to a delivery, carrier or
 service company as necessary to provide or support services you require.

 Under no circumstances will WebNetlink sell or receive payment for
 licensing or disclosing your personal information.
 
 Personal information may be disclosed where we are legally obliged or
 where a bona fide request (in writing) has been made by an Australian law
 enforcement agency.

3. Data Quality
 
 We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal
 information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
 
4. Data Security
 
 We will take reasonable measures to ensure that all personal information we
 hold is protected from misuse, unauthorized access, modification or
 disclosure.
 Personal information provided by you is stored in a secure database.

 Credit Card 
 Your credit card information is NOT stored on our internet servers.

 Firewall 
 The WebNetlink network is protected by a firewall. A firewall is a
 hardware and software security system designed to filter specified
 exchanges of information and restrict access to authorised systems and users.

5. Openness
 
 We will provide an individual with details of personal information being
 held by us upon request.

6. Access and correction
 
 Access to the personal information held about you is available to you by
 way of a written request addressed to our Privacy Officer. We will
 provide this access within 14 days of original request. 

7. Identifiers
 
 We will not adopt as an identifier of an individual that which has been
 assigned by an external agency.
 
8. Anonymity
 
 We automatically collect general website traffic information (such as
 how many people have visited the site, most popular pages etc). This
 information is used to analyse our website and marketing strategy and is
 not used to identify any user in any way. 

9. Transborder data flows
 
 We will not transfer your personal information to a foreign country,
 unless you are placing an order from a country other than Australia in
 which case our chosen Delivery Company may need to pass your delivery
 details to a delivery company in your country in order to deliver your
 order.

10. Sensitive Information
 
 We will only collect sensitive information about you with your consent
 or if it is required by law.

11. Caller Id

 Our login details databases may contain a record of your caller id
 (that is, the telephone service number you are calling from)
 if this has been enabled or is being passed to us by the relevant
 Telecommunications carrier.
 As with your other private information, this number will not be disclosed
 to any parties unless there is a legal requirement to do so.
 Government regulations prevent us from disclosing caller id - even to
 the apparent user or caller.
